GB/HRL01 to GB/STV01 Fibre Fault (SN-20201109-2)
Resolved on Tuesday 10 November at 09:10 UTC.
Our monitoring alerted us to transient port errors on a fibre backhaul link between GB/HRL01 (KAO Data) and GB/STV01 (ServerChoice SC-1) at around 14:24 UTC.
Traffic was automatically re-routed using alternate paths and there has been no interruption to service.
The route has already been automatically brought into service with both sites operating at full resiliency, and we will continue to monitor the situation.

Our team have monitored this fibre path since we observed the initial fault, and have not seen any further port errors or cause for concern.
All services on this path continue to function at full resiliency.
