Issue Summary

We have identified an issue on one of our global routers in GB/LON02 (Telehouse North) that may potentially lead to stale routes on our global routing platform. 

We are booking in an emergency preventative maintenance window to resolve this before it causes disruption to client services.

These works will briefly disrupt some non-resilient layer 3 services for no more than a few minutes each, although this may occur several times throughout the emergency maintenance window. Resilient layer 3 services may see re-routes but should be mainly unaffected and are classed as At Risk only.

The service window is for this evening 21:00 UTC on Monday 05/10/2020 until 23:00 UTC on Monday 05/10/2020.

We will update this maintenance ticket prior to commencing works and will update again once complete.
