Issue Summary

We are currently investigating an issue with a small subset of global routes.

Clients may experience issues reaching certain destinations until this is resolved.

This issue has now been resolved and the previously stale global routes are now behaving correctly.

We do not expect any further disruption at this time.

An Incident Report is currently being created, please contact Vorboss directly via the Support Portal to receive a copy.

Ai Networks customers can also request a copy of the IR by emailing support@ai.co.uk if you do not currently have a Vorboss Support Portal account.

Mitigation tasks have been underway and some previously stale routes are now resolved and working correctly.

Users will see previously inaccessible sites online now, however, the mitigation tasks are still ongoing.

Users may see some brief disruption to non-resilient services while we reboot a global router shortly.

We have identified a small range of stale global routes that are causing this issue and have engineers on site who are working on a resolution.
