Line Card Issue at GB/LON41 (SN-20200521-1)

We have observed some some errors on one of our router line cards in GB/LON41 (BT Tower Exchange), customers connected to this line card may be seeing an interruption to service.
Please note that resilient services are not affected.
We are currently investigating and will have updates to follow shortly.

We have issued a line card reset and services were restored at 13:13 UTC.
All services should now be working normally, no further disruption is expected.
