Emergency Maintenance Notification GB/LON02 (SN-20200505-2)
Resolved on Thursday 14 May at 15:12 UTC.
Please be aware that we require an Emergency Maintenance Window tonight at 23:15 UTC (00:15 BST Wednesday 6th April) to fully resolve an outstanding issue from service notification SN-20200505-1.
As a result of the network instability caused by the issues in the service notification above we have identified an issue on a router in GB/LON02 which requires a line card reset.
GB/LON02 global routing is currently running at a slightly reduced capacity due to the line card issue; layer 2 services will not be affected.
We estimate a period of disruption over 15 minutes, until 23:30 UTC (00:30 BST) during this window.
We will provide an update here at the start and end of the works.
If you believe that your services have been affected by this incident, please raise a support ticket online at https://secure.vorboss.net
If the matter is urgent you may also contact the Vorboss Network Operations team on per the knowledge base page KB15052001
Please note that these updates are in reverse order (most recent updates first).
