Core Network Hardware Upgrades GB/LON08 (SN-20200123-1)

Issue Summary

As part of our on-going network maintenance, we will be upgrading some of our core networking equipment within the GB/LON08 (Equinix LD4) site.

The work in this site will require an outage of each of one of the resilient MPLS core routers of around 20 minutes each. Resilient client services will not be impacted, however clients with non-resilient services in this site will see an outage of up to 20 minutes within the service window.

The service window is from 19:00 UTC on Thursday 30/01/2020 until 23:00 UTC on Thursday 30/01/2020.

We will update this maintenance ticket prior to commencing works, and will update again once complete.
